Betonna is an Iraqi real-estate marketplace that connects people looking for a home, an investment or a workspace with the real-estate companies and service providers who can help them. Buying or renting a property is one of the biggest decisions a family makes, and it deserves clear information, reliable partners and a simple experience from the first search to the signed contract.

Our mission

Many property listings are still scattered across social media and messaging groups, and it is often hard to tell whether a property is really available or who is behind an advert. That is where Betonna comes in: one organised place where properties are shown with clear information and known, accountable publishers.

We are building a more trusted and transparent property market in Iraq: a market where listings come with real descriptions, photos and prices, where clients know who they are dealing with before they get in touch, and where serious real-estate companies have modern tools to reach and serve their clients efficiently.

What we offer

For clients

A free account that lets you:

• Search properties for sale, for monthly or yearly rent and for investment: apartments, houses, villas, land, offices, shops, warehouses, farms and more.
• Narrow results with filters, and explore listings on an interactive map or through city pages.
• Save your searches and get an alert when a matching property is listed, and add properties to your favourites to hear about price changes.
• Contact real-estate companies by in-app message, WhatsApp or a direct call, then rate your experience after contact.
• Request services from approved providers, and list your own property under the platform listing rules.

For real-estate companies

A dedicated company page with your logo, cover, profile, listings, representatives and ratings, and a dashboard where you publish listings through a short wizard, invite representatives to your team, and follow inquiries and statistics. Monthly and yearly plans start with a free trial, and each plan includes a number of featured listings.

For service providers

From plumbers, electricians, cleaning and moving teams to lawyers and interior designers: a page in the services directory showing your categories, the cities you serve, your work gallery and your ratings, plus service requests sent to you directly by clients so you can reply with a quote.

How we verify

• Every new real-estate company is reviewed by our team before it appears on the platform, including a check of its business licence. Verified companies carry a clear badge.
• Service providers are reviewed before they are approved in the services directory.
• Listings may be reviewed before they go live, and any user can report a listing or an account that breaks the rules.
• Ratings are moderated, and service-provider ratings linked to a completed request carry a "verified" badge.
• Accounts are protected by phone verification with a one-time code sent by SMS, and by an alert whenever someone signs in from a new device.
