How plans and billing work

Betonna is free for clients who browse, save and contact companies. Real-estate companies and service providers subscribe to a plan that unlocks their page and tools and extends their reach. Current prices for every plan are shown on this page in Iraqi dinar and may be updated from time to time.

Start with a free trial

Once your real-estate company is approved, you can start a free trial on the plan you choose, so you can set up your company page, invite your representatives and publish your first listings before paying. The trial length is shown with the plans, and we will remind you before it ends. If you do not choose a paid plan, your listings are hidden, never deleted, and they reappear as soon as you subscribe.

Monthly or yearly

Every plan can be billed monthly or yearly. Yearly billing costs less over the year, roughly the same as getting two months free, and the saving is shown next to each plan.

What changes between plans

Real-estate companies can choose between three plans: Basic, Pro and Enterprise. Higher plans give you more of the following:

• Representatives: how many team members can work under your company account.
• Active listings: how many listings can be published at the same time.
• Featured listings: how many listings get prominent placement and a "featured" label.
• Photos: how many photos you can add to each listing.
• Analytics: from essential figures such as views and inquiries to more detailed reports.
• Support: the priority given to your requests.

Payment methods

You can pay online through the available payment gateways, such as e-wallets and bank cards, or by bank transfer or cash. Manual payments are activated once our finance team confirms them. Card details are processed directly by the payment gateways; we never store full card numbers.

Invoices

An invoice is issued for every successful payment. You will find it as a PDF in the billing section of your dashboard, together with the full history of your subscription and payments.

Renewal and failed payments

Your subscription can renew automatically or manually, depending on how you pay. If a renewal fails, the subscription becomes past due and you receive reminders, followed by a short grace period. If the payment is still outstanding after that, your listings are hidden from visitors, never deleted, and they reappear as soon as the payment is made.

Upgrading or downgrading

You can request a move to a higher or lower plan at any time from your dashboard, and the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. When moving to a lower plan, make sure your active listings and representatives fit within the new plan limits.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time, and it stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund unused days unless applicable law requires it. If you believe you were charged by mistake, contact our support team and we will look into it with you.

Plans for service providers

Service providers have three monthly plans of their own. Higher plans give your profile wider visibility in the services directory and more room to grow your business, and the same rules for payments, invoices, renewal and cancellation apply. Details and prices are shown on this page.
