Open the sign-up page and choose your account type: client, real-estate company or service provider. Enter your details, then verify your phone number with the code we send you by SMS.

Client accounts are ready to use straight away, while real-estate company and service provider accounts are reviewed by our team before approval.

Yes. A client account is free and lets you search properties, save searches and favourites, receive alerts, contact real-estate companies and request services. You can also list your own property under the listing rules in force.

Register your company on the company sign-up page. Once approved, choose a plan and start your free trial, then publish listings from your dashboard with a short wizard:

1. Property type and purpose.
2. Location on the map.
3. Details and price.
4. Photos.
5. Review and publish.

Our team reviews every application manually, including a licence check for real-estate companies. The time it takes depends on how complete your details and documents are: the clearer and more complete, the faster the review.

You receive an in-app and e-mail notification as soon as a decision is made.

A listing may go through a short review before it is visible to visitors, to make sure it follows the listing rules: genuine photos, a real price, a correct location and no duplicates. We may also hide a listing that breaks the rules after it is published or ask for changes, and you will be notified.

A featured listing gets prominent placement and a "featured" label that catches visitors' attention. The number of listings you can feature depends on your company plan, and you can choose and change them from your dashboard.
